By accessing and using the services provided by Inetpeople Holding PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inetpeople Holding PTE. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore.

All services are provided on a professional basis and are subject to separate written agreements that shall take precedence over these general Terms of Service.

By using our services, you agree to:

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Inetpeople Holding PTE. LTD., including but not limited to methodologies, frameworks, reports, and recommendations, remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary information and data. However, the Company may use anonymized insights and learnings for the improvement of our services, subject to confidentiality obligations.

No license or right is granted to use our trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary identifiers without prior written consent.

Inetpeople Holding PTE. LTD. provides consulting and advisory services based on professional judgment and industry experience. However, business decisions and their outcomes remain the sole responsibility of our clients.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to such claims.

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. All client information, business strategies, and proprietary data disclosed during our engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

This confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely, even after the termination of our professional relationship.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Inetpeople Holding PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing clients.
